To receive your Pikkie order, payment may be made:
- At checkout through our secure payment gateway Paypal. We accept Visa, Mastercard and direct deposit online through Paypal. If you do not have a paypal account you will be directed through the site to complete this simple process.
- For Wholesale Customers payment can also be made through our payment gateway Paypal. Otherwise call Head Office on (03) 9859 6179 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to process credit cards and to receive direct deposit details.
Pikkie delivers to any address in Australia by Australia Post, Fastway and TNT transport.
1. The cost of shipping is calculated on the total value of your order.
2. All international orders will require an individual shipping quotation. Any outstanding postage fees will be added and customers advised via email prior to delivery.
Once your order has been processed you will receive confirmation of your order and delivery via email. If a product is out of stock we will advise you via email of a suitable substitute and delivery. If we cannot deliver a satisfactory substitute, your order we be cancelled and a full refund will be returned. Upon payment we endeavour to process orders within 7-14 days. However some products may take longer to deliver and your order may be put on back order status. We will email you of a projected delivery date.
